The Demand & Inventory Planner supports the planning, monitoring, and optimization of parts inventory across assigned dealer accounts. In this role, the planner applies foundational supply chain knowledge while developing broader expertise in company systems, processes, and dealer operations. They review system‑generated replenishment proposals, analyze routine performance data, and collaborate with dealers to improve forecast accuracy and inventory effectiveness. Working under moderate guidance, the planner contributes to ongoing improvements in inventory performance, data quality, and planning parameter accuracy. Your Impact Review weekly system‑generated replenishment orders for assigned dealers and make adjustments using defined planning guidelines. Monitor forecasting, replenishment, and inventory alerts to ensure parameters such as safety stock and reorder levels remain accurate. Analyze dealer inventory and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Communicate with dealers to gather feedback on order proposals, improve data quality, and refine planning parameters. Prepare and manipulate datasets in Excel and internal systems to support forecasting, reporting, and planning activities and identify basic process improvement opportunities and support efforts to enhance planning workflows and automation.  Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Management, or Logistics, with strong foundational knowledge in end‑to‑end operations. Practical understanding of aftersales operations, including process mapping, continuous improvement, and structured data analysis. Fluent English and Spanish for cross‑regional collaboration. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau, with the ability to transform data into insights and decision‑support dashboards. Strong communication and relationship‑management skills, combined with an analytical mindset, effective teamwork, and sound decision‑making abilities. Your Benefits Medical and dental assistance.
