This role requires excellent communication and a passion for providing outstanding guest services.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>· Escort incoming guests to rooms.</p><p>· Assist guests with luggage.</p><p>· Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order, and that supplies are adequate.</p><p>· Explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system, etc.</p><p>· Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.</p><p>· Deliver messages and run errands.</p><p>· Transport guests in hotel van within property requirements.</p><p>· Maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior of van.</p><p>· Maintain all mileage records on a daily basis.</p><p>· Report all trips to front desk; length of drive as well as length of time spent.</p><p>· Keep record of calls for service.</p><p>· Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks.</p><p>· Set up sample rooms.</p><p>· Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.&nbsp;</p><h3><br></h3><h3>Requirements</h3><p>· Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.</p><p>· Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.</p><p>· Hearing, writing, typing.</p><p>· Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.</p><p>· Other duties may be assigned.&nbsp;</p><p><em><strong>&nbsp;Stepstone Hospitality and the Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel are Equal Opportunity Employers - EOE/M/F/D/V&nbsp;</strong></em> &nbsp;</p>",
