The Future We Build Together.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as a member of a team</li>\n <li>Must have adequate math skills</li>\n <li>Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes</li>\n <li>Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)</li>\n <li>Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills</li>\n <li>Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Important Note: </strong>Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Picking product and case pick.</li>\n <li>Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.</li>\n <li>Safely operate material handling equipment.</li>\n <li>Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.</li>\n <li>Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em><em>Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
