If so, we want you to join our dynamic team at <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PiLON</span>, an award-winning, multi-trade construction business dedicated to enhancing living environments for our clients.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a Site Manager, you <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">must have at least two years of proven experience managing kitchens and bathroom renewals in the social housing sector</span>. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in managing teams of tradespeople and will be instrumental in delivering the project, directly contributing to the organisation's growth targets.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you're ready to lead with care, skill, and dedication, we'd love to hear from you!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Overseeing, monitoring, and managing the progress of the kitchen and bathroom refurbishments</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Liaising with clients and reporting on work progress to internal and external stakeholders </span></li>\n<li><span>Supervising refurbishment works and ensuring that trades are focused, engaged and motivated</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensuring the safety of the site by making safety inspections and enforcing safety guidelines and protocols </span></li>\n<li><span>Preparing, coordinating, and writing site reports and other necessary documents</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintaining quality control checks whilst dealing with the day-to-day problem-solving for any work issues that arise </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A minimum of 2 years' experience in kitchen and bathroom renewals within the social housing sector</span></li>\n<li>Full, clean UK driving licence</li>\n<li>Good problem-solving skills to manage complaints and challenges calmly and professionally</li>\n<li>Genuinely care for people and motivate your team of tradespeople</li>\n<li>Good knowledge of building methods and regulations</li>\n<li>Customer-focused mindset</li>\n<li>Strong communication and writing skills</li>\n<li>Microsoft Office proficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)</li>\n<li>Asbestos Awareness Certificate</li>\n<li>First Aid at Work</li>\n<li>CSCS card</li>\n<li>Fire Marshal/Safety Certificate<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why work with us?
