Targets keeps on varying month on month.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Job Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong><br>Minimum Educational Qualification: <strong>Bachelors,&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Work Experience of min. 2 years in the same field of Tele sales (Inbound + Out bound) with minimum 1 year of Outbound.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Skill Set Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Persuasive Speaking Skills, Tone/Pitch should be polite.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Patience &amp; Effective Listening Ability&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Phone Skills / Etiquettes, Attentiveness&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Be Empathetic. Willingness to understand and resolving or addressing customers queries (problem solving skills),&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Sales Oriented with a focus on Customer Service &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Should not sound overly aggressive while speaking.</li>\n</ul>",
