    "description": "<p>The purpose of this position is to support the Advanced Acoustics Sector with overseeing the assembly of battery packs.  This role assists with meeting daily production goals and timelines managing a team of 6-10 people. The supervisor will work in accordance to company quality and safety polices.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities: </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate production workflow at a station and between stations.</li>\n<li>Meet daily production goals.</li>\n<li>Manage production team and adjust work assignments as needed.</li>\n<li>Issue and collect daily production records, metrics and prepare reports to be briefed with management.</li>\n<li>Monitor production output and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot equipment or workflow issues. Assist in production tasks if needed.</li>\n<li>Utilize small hand tools and conduct mechanical assembly of handheld parts. Hot melt glue, scissors, pliers and other benchtop hand tools.</li>\n<li>Assemble components into a jig for further processing.</li>\n<li>Document and record on logs and work instructions results of work performed.</li>\n<li>Work against technical criteria from a drawing or work instruction.</li>\n<li>Inspect work and identify potential defects.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and safe work area.</li>\n<li>Assist skilled personnel as needed.</li>\n<li>Complete an assigned volume of work during a shift.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Required Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership and team management.</li>\n<li>Understanding of safety regulations.</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li>\n<li>Read dimension in decimal from a drawing and identify actual part.</li>\n<li>Diligence to a task. Possess time management skills and do a repetitive task for a shift.</li>\n<li>Ability to listen, read, understand, and follow manufacturing work instructions.</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work in a variety of roles over a period of time.</li>\n<li>Ability to work first or second shift</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Work Experience &amp; Education/Certification Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school graduate or equivalency certification.</li>\n<li>Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Experience in manufacturing or production environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Physical Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prolonged periods of standing and walking</li>\n<li>Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.</li>\n<li>Dexterity with both hands.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The production technician will support manufacturing for a specific production project with the potential for extension based on customer needs.  The initial period will last from June until January.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>",
