Whether pioneering AI-driven solutions, optimizing data analytics, or shaping the future of tech, we empower professionals to innovate and lead.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Now, we’re actively growing our presence in Albania, creating opportunities for talented individuals passionate about shaping the digital landscape.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Joining BIP means being part of a fast-paced, supportive environment where your ideas matter, and your career can soar.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>We are searching for AI Engineers to be enrolled in our Bip xTech centre of excellence, a specialised unit of &gt; 1000 professionals working on Data&amp;AI, Cloud and Exponential technologies, to accompany us in the challenge to help our clients actively and effectively embrace AI journeys and progress versus the incoming Agentic AI era.</p>\n<p>We are looking for multiple seniorities starting from 3 years of experience upwards: candidate seniority will be evaluated during the following recruiting process.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What will your Challenge be?</strong></p>\n<p>Our Artificial Intelligence Engineering team is committed to supporting customers in the path of adopting AI through the creation of factories of AI solutions, AI Agents, AI Products, perfectly engineered and integrated into the architecture and business processes.</p>\n<p>Our AI Engineers design scalable Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning and LLM based Agents / Software Solutions for customer use cases and industrializes them for production execution, ensuring the required levels of performance, security and governability.</p>\n<p>The AI Engineer works closely with other Bip xTech professionals, such as Cloud Data Architects, Data Scientists GenAI specialists and Data Engineers, to create high-quality AI solutions in every aspect, designing and implementing: MLOps platforms, data and AI architectures, AI models, applications and more.</p>\n<p>Our AI Engineers will also contribute to the Bip xTech Data Community with research, technology scouting, concept of new solutions and business development on BIP's customers.</p>\n<p>Our BIP xTech Team based in Albania will serve as a price competitive, highly distinctive by technology expertise, extremely flexible in terms of international deployment, service unit.</p>\n<p>Our BIP xTech Team based in Albania will work on assignments in all countries where Bip xTech Centre of excellence operates, mainly Italy, UK, Spain, Switzerland, UAE, France and Germany.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related STEM disciplines</li>\n <li>Proficiency with one or more of the three Hyperscalers’ stacks, i.e. Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (preferably with valid Certifications)</li>\n <li>Experience with Large Language Models / Generative AI / Agentic AI</li>\n <li>Software development experience in languages like Python, Scala, or Java</li>\n <li>Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software solution design</li>\n <li>Familiarity with code repository tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) and CI/CD tools</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and methodologies</li>\n <li>Proficiency in SQL for database management and ETL processes</li>\n <li>(for mid and senior profiles only) Experience in coordination and growth activities of a team or multiple project teams, and delivery quality assurance;</li>\n <li>Fluent knowledge of professional English is essential, professional Italian will be a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of Big Data and Data Warehousing (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka)</li>\n <li>Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Torch, Caffe, Theano)</li>\n <li>Proficiency in the usage of VibeCoding and rapid prototyping (AI driven software creation) e.g. Cursor, Copilot GitHub, Lovable</li>\n <li>Experience with training and fine-tuning techniques of neural networks / LLM (example: superconvergence, PEFT, LORA...).</li>\n <li>Experience with AGILE working frameworks (example: Scrum, Kanban).</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:36.0pt\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Consultative approach</li>\n <li>Client-oriented with strong problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Adaptability and flexibility</li>\n <li>Team collaboration skills</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and resilient under deadlines</li>\n <li>Availability of international business trips will be a plus</li>\n</ul>",
