          "text": "<p><strong>The Opportunity:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>Within the Warehouse Operations team, the Forklift Operator role is based in Mississauga, Ontario Canada (TDC) and reports directly to the Sr. Warehouse Manager. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, stack, load, and unload materials. Day-to-day, the Forklift Operator ensures timely supply of materials to production, accurate stock placement, and efficient shipping preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values safety, and wants to contribute to a team that directly impacts operational success.</p><p><strong>What Your Impact Will Be:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Safely operate all existing and newly introduced material handling equipment.</li><li>Accurately pick and prepare orders as assigned to meet productivity and quality standards.</li><li>Load and unload all inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and safely.</li><li>Store, locate, and consolidate products within the warehouse according to established procedures.</li><li>Actively participate in and adhere to all Company safety programs and policies.</li><li>Conduct daily maintenance checks in accordance with the maintenance checklist requirements.</li><li>Collaborate on team task force projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.</li></ul>",
