Cleaning and supplying designated building areas as needed (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Ensure that all maintenance repair service requests are scheduled and completed in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>Maintain and repair the following:</li><li>Lighting systems throughout the stores, clean fixtures, and replace bulbs and lamps.</li><li>Maintain and service a variety of test equipment and hand and power tools; keeps small inventory of frequently used supplies and hardware.</li><li>Monitor and coordinate control panels and thermostats of all systems to maintain standard working temperature.</li><li>Perform periodic quality checks on all equipment and systems to ensure they are up to standards.</li><li>Cleaning, inspecting, and repairing broken machines or defective equipment.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.</li><li>Assisting other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.</li><li>Keep refrigerators and freezers organized and stocked with fresh products.</li><li>Clean and maintain inside and outside of the store and ensure that trash cans are properly emptied and cleaned.</li><li>Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by store management.</li></ul><p><strong>Incentives/Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible Work Schedules</li><li>Exceptional Training</li><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>Career Advancement and Development Opportunities</li><li>401K With a Competitive Company Match</li></ul>",
