&amp; &ldquo;M&rdquo; codes and be able to edit machine programs.</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><h1 style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Specific Duties</span></h1><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:undefined;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;font-size:16px;'>Follow all applicable environmental, health and safety rules and procedures and immediately report all dangerous situations, near-misses, and injuries.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;font-size:16px;'>Participate in developing and updating risk assessments and review all applicable risk assessments annually.</span></li></ul><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;\" type=\"disc\"><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Read and understand the drawings/prints required for the assigned job, including but not limited to size and tolerance and finish requirements associated with the operation being set up.</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Know how to use micrometers, calipers, height gauges, depth gauges, and any other measuring device required to ensure a quality product is being produced.</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Knowledge of basic &ldquo;G&rdquo; &amp; &ldquo;M&rdquo; codes and ability to read and edit machine programs at the machines. &nbsp;Basic computer skills to upload and download machine programs.</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Demonstrate the ability to instruct an operator in the loading, machining process, unloading, deburring and any other functions required to complete the operation step for the part being set up.</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Help operators address any &ldquo;issues&rdquo; that may arise during the machining process including, but not limited to, making adjustments for tool wear and changing tools when they become dull or broken.</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Ability to use or learn to use a computer to enter production information into a production tracking system.</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Ability to complete paperwork requirements for each operation, including setup sheets and Serial Number Tracking Sheet and any others that might be required for the operators to assume responsibility for the operation of the equipment being set up.</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Must keep work area clean, neat and orderly as required to maintain a safe and clean work environment.</span></li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Strive to improve workstation performance, reducing part-to-part times, increasing production efficiency, decreasing setup times through more efficient fixtures, work holding and tooling. &nbsp;
