          "text": "<p>Work manufacturing stations to build product using shop packets, drawings and standard or verbal instructions.&#xa0; Work alongside other assemblers to train and assist.</p><ul><li>Review work orders for special instructions, quantities &amp; part numbers. Review parts provided to ensure that they conform to the job requirements.</li><li>Assembly experience in \"made to order\" products (not in&#xa0;an Assembly Line environment).</li><li>Assemble, test and visually inspect products or sub-assemblies including those of Assembler II and Nitrogen Booster Systems, Plan 53B’s, standard lubrication systems as well as more complex standard Gas Control Panels.</li><li>Ensure assembled parts meet the drawing specifications for dimensions and level tolerances.</li><li>Perform assembly support functions - Sandblast, Strip, Dye Penetrant test, Hydrotest and PMI.</li><li>Strongly prefers previous experience with multi-plane tube bending and installation.</li><li>Adhere to Material Traceability requirements.</li><li>Paint systems as business requires.</li><li>Label parts and install nameplates.</li><li>Conduct peer reviews of completed assemblies.</li><li>Make proper labor and time reports.</li><li>Work in a clean and orderly fashion to maintain area standards of 5S.</li><li>Participate in Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
