    "description_html": "<div class=\"job_description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital - Bradford/Haverhill</span><br><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Registered Nurse&#160;</span><br>Schedule - Three 12 hour shifts/week (7p-7a), and every other weekend<br>Base Pay $40-$45/hr based on experience<br>Differentials: $8-$11 weekdays, $10-$15 weekends</strong><br><br>We are looking for caring registered nurses to join our exceptional nursing team in our beautiful Rehabilitation Hospital, located on Ward Hill in Haverhill, Mass.&#160;<br><br><strong>Essential Duties</strong>:&#160; To provide exceptional care to all residents including but not limited to:<br>- Assess physiologic response to interventions and report findings to the interdisciplinary team&#160;<br>- Provides compassionate patient centered care through the development of an individualized plan of care<br>- Conducts patient rounds, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action<br>- Administers and documents medication, enteral nutrition and treatment per best practices and accurately records all care provided and observations daily<br>- Performs comprehensive assessments of each patient on unit<br>- Assesses on a weekly basis the skin condition, stage, size, site, depth, color, drainage and odor of condition<br>- Delegates clinically appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff&#160;<br>- Assumes responsibility for compliance with federal, state and local regulations within the assigned unit<br>- Works collaboratively with Clinical Nurse Managers and/or Director of Nursing utilizing a shared governance model.<br>- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to assure that high quality patient care is maintained<br><br><strong>Prerequisites:</strong>&#160;<br>- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse school of nursing, BSN preferred<br>- Current and active RN license in the state of Massachusetts<br>- Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support in accordance with AHS or ARC standards<br>- ACLS preferred<br>- Knowledge of Critical Care and Med/Surg preferred<br><br><strong>Benefits Available:</strong><br>-401k&#160;<br>-Paid Sick<br>-Medical<br>-Dental<br>-Vision<br>-Life Insurance<br>-Hospital and Accident policies<br>-Short and Long Term Disability<br>-Critical Illness<br>-Flexible Spending Plans<br>-Health Savings Account<br><br><br>&#160;",
