    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Scope of Responsibilities: </strong> Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned task</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>Responsible for ringing out each customer’s purchases while ensuring total customer satisfaction.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Accurately scan and ring out all customer purchases using POS register including cash, check and charge transactions</li>\n <li>Accurately provide change to customers</li>\n <li>Follow proper procedure for closing out of register at end of shift </li>\n <li>Request additional help as needed to maintain appropriate customer service levels</li>\n <li>Offer assistance to customers with large purchases as needed (carry purchases out to their cars) </li>\n <li>Replenish inventory from in-store stock and in coming orders</li>\n <li>Perform general housekeeping duties necessary to maintain a professional and clean check out area</li>\n <li>Assist in the maintenance of general store cleanliness including restrooms, break rooms, backrooms, and entry ways- responsible for daily store standards</li>\n <li>Replenish register supplies as needed </li>\n <li>Answer the phone using appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service levels as needed</li>\n <li>Assist in the inventory management, price marking and merchandising of the check out area and surrounding departments as needed</li>\n <li>React to potential shoplifters following company policy</li>\n <li>Assist in the implementation of Kinney Standard of Presentation (Merchandising)</li>\n <li>Assist in the ordering of replacement product from the appropriate supplier</li>\n <li>Assist in identifying and returning outdated or over stocked merchandise to the proper source</li>\n <li>Accurately package and prepare items for home/business delivery</li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Attendance Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts</p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: 0-1 years previous experience in related position</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Special Conditions of Employment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drug test</li>\n <li>Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring</li>\n <li>Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>$16.00 - 17.60  an hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.</p>",
