    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fine Gold Resources</span> is a precious metals mining company operating in the Yukon. We operate on a seasonal basis from March to October and we are looking to hire a seasonal <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Camp Baker,</span> to be based outside of Dawson City, Yukon.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We provide accommodation and meals at our on-site camp and offer a highly competitive compensation package.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The mine operates 24/7 with two shifts each day - a day shift and a night shift - with a rotation schedule. During their time off employees may stay on-site at the camp or venture to Dawson City for some time away.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce a variety of baked goods, breads, desserts, and other scratch made items for a 60-person camp.</li>\n<li>Assist with food preparation, including lunch items such as cheese, eggs, vegetable packs, and snacks.</li>\n<li>Open and prepare the kitchen for breakfast service, including supporting breakfast prep as required.</li>\n<li>Re-stock and maintain dining room service items, including the coffee station, juice fridge, condiments, and related supplies.</li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, dishwashing, and keeping workstations, storage, and food service areas clean and organized.</li>\n<li>Monitor and maintain inventory levels for food and camp supplies and assist with supply ordering and restocking.</li>\n<li>Receive, organize, label, date, and rotate food and supply deliveries in accordance with food safety standards.</li>\n<li>Support general camp housekeeping duties as required, including disposal of garbage and recyclables and maintaining common work areas.</li>\n<li>Work safely and comply with all food safety standards, sanitation, and camp safety procedures.</li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Large-scale kitchen assisting in camp settings, banquet halls and/or hotels is a strong asset.</li>\n<li>Current Food Safe certification is an asset.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working overnight shifts.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Self-Starter, and able to work with minimal supervision.</li>\n<li>Strong organization and time management skills.</li>\n<li>Flexible and willing to support camp operations as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Interested candidates are invited to submit their application, including a resume and cover letter.
