We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Systems Solutions Architect</span> to design, support, and optimize enterprise environments across <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Microsoft cloud services, virtualization systems, enterprise infrastructure, and emerging AI-driven technologies</span>.</p>\n<p>This role combines <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">solution architecture, systems engineering, client consulting, and ongoing infrastructure support</span> to help organizations modernize, secure, and optimize their IT environments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location</span></p>\n<p>Remote – California</p>\n<p>This is a fully remote position supporting client environments across California.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Systems Solutions Architect</span> is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting modern enterprise infrastructure solutions that integrate <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">cloud services, virtualization platforms, AI-enabled technologies, identity and access management, and core enterprise systems</span>.</p>\n<p>This role works closely with sales teams, engineers, and client stakeholders to evaluate current environments, architect scalable solutions, support client infrastructure, and guide organizations through modernization initiatives.</p>\n<p>In addition to solution design, this position will <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">support client systems</span>, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability across deployed environments.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is both a strategic architect and a hands-on technologist with deep experience across <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Microsoft technologies (Azure, Microsoft Entra ID), virtualization platforms, and enterprise server environments</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design Cloud, Identity &amp; Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect and design hybrid and cloud solutions using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Microsoft Azure</span> and related services</li>\n<li>Design and implement identity and access solutions using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Microsoft Entra ID</span> (authentication, SSO, conditional access, MFA)</li>\n<li>Develop infrastructure strategies supporting scalability, resilience, and security</li>\n<li>Guide organizations through cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives</li>\n<li>Design high-availability architectures for mission-critical workloads</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Center Solution Design &amp; Architecture</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design of end-to-end, enterprise-grade data center solutions that are scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-optimized across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, backup, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.</li>\n<li>Translate business and technical requirements into future-ready architecture, aligning solutions with client digital transformation goals, operational models, and long-term technology strategies.</li>\n<li>Architect and integrate multi-vendor solutions leveraging Cisco, HPE, Dell EMC, VMware, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Veeam, ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal technology selection.</li>\n<li>Develop high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD), architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints covering scalability, performance, availability, and integration points.</li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with industry best practices, security standards, and vendor reference architectures, while optimizing total cost of ownership (TCO) and risk mitigation.</li>\n<li>Incorporate hybrid cloud, automation, and modern infrastructure principles (HCI, SDDC, orchestration) to enhance agility, operational efficiency, and service reliability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Virtualization &amp; Modern Infrastructure Design</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect virtualization platforms including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">VMware and Hyper-V</span> (and related tooling)</li>\n<li>Design solutions for compute, storage, backup/recovery, and enterprise server infrastructure</li>\n<li>Support modernization of legacy systems into hybrid or cloud environments</li>\n<li>Optimize performance and resource utilization across virtualized environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI &amp; Advanced Technology Integration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate opportunities to integrate <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI-driven services, automation, and intelligent data platforms</span></li>\n<li>Design infrastructure capable of supporting AI-related workloads, analytics, and modern applications</li>\n<li>Consult with clients on AI readiness, governance considerations, and infrastructure requirements</li>\n<li>Integrate automation capabilities into enterprise IT strategies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Infrastructure Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support deployed infrastructure solutions for client environments</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot issues related to servers, virtualization platforms, storage, identity, and cloud services</li>\n<li>Monitor system health and implement updates, patches, and performance optimizations</li>\n<li>Ensure system security, reliability, and availability across client environments</li>\n<li>Provide technical guidance and escalation support to clients and internal teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Consulting &amp; Technical Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct discovery sessions to understand business and technical requirements</li>\n<li>Develop architecture diagrams, solution documentation, and implementation strategies</li>\n<li>Present technical recommendations to CIOs, IT Directors, and executive stakeholders</li>\n<li>Serve as a trusted technical advisor guiding long-term technology roadmaps</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration &amp;
