You’ll lead a team, manage inventory, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. </p>\n<p><strong>A FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR’S DAY-TO-DAY </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure execution of all food and beverage service programs, including ordering, planning, product handling, and display. </li>\n <li>Maintain cost of goods sold (COGS), waste, and misuse by following set systems and procedures. </li>\n <li>Implement service efficiencies, including FIFO (First In, First Out), cooking oil maintenance, and cleanliness. </li>\n <li>Support the F&B Manager in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment and facilities. </li>\n <li>Execute training, coaching, and performance management of food and beverage team members. </li>\n <li>Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and engaging team members to ensure a high-performing workforce. </li>\n <li>Provide clear direction and support to ensure adherence to company best practices and safety protocols. </li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with local Board of Health guidelines and cleanliness standards. </li>\n <li>Utilize company software for ordering, inventory management, timekeeping, and operational logs. </li>\n <li>Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly checklists are utilized and completed. </li>\n <li>Monitor operations to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction. </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT IT TAKES </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age: 18+. </li>\n <li>At least one year of previous leadership experience. </li>\n <li>At least one year of food and beverage experience. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with kitchen equipment. </li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions. </li>\n <li>Excellent communication and listening skills. </li>\n <li>Proficiency in computer software programs and English. </li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>\n <li>Certifications: ServSafe, TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol, and Allergen Certification (within 30 days of hire). </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PERKS (MORE REASONS YOU’LL LOVE YOUR JOB) </strong></p>\n<p>✅ <strong>Free bowling & attractions</strong> (laser tag, billiards, mini golf, ropes courses, and rides)✅ <strong>$1 arcade play</strong>✅ <strong>All‑day play at Boomers, FECs & Waterparks</strong>✅ <strong>Friends & family discounts</strong>✅ <strong>Food & beverage discounts</strong>✅ <strong>Special discounts on parties and group events</strong>✅ <strong>Perks start on your first day</strong> </p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS </strong></p>\n<p>Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you’ll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance.
