This is where your career accelerates.</li></ul><strong>What will you do:</strong><br><strong>AI-Native Finance Transformation</strong><br><ul><li>Map all finance processes for AI optimization</li><li>Design and deploy AI agents for repetitive tasks</li><li>Measure ROI and efficiency gains</li></ul><strong>Own Finance Operations & Analytics</strong><br><ul><li>Manage customer invoicing including contract analysis</li><li>Maintain a transparent customer relationship database</li><li>Calculate and analyze critical SaaS KPIs (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV) </li></ul><strong>Execute Financial Close & Executive Reporting</strong><br><ul><li>Lead monthly and annual close processes </li><li>Prepare executive and board presentations as well as investor reporting</li><li>Own and optimize finance topics such as COGS calculation, automated cost allocation logic, and capitalized development cost maximization</li></ul><strong>Manage Vendor Operations & Procurement</strong><br><ul><li>Oversee vendor invoice processing with financial analysis and approval authority</li><li>Develop vendor controlling and management systems</li><li>Serve as finance counterpart for procurement processes</li></ul><strong>Orchestrate Cash & Treasury Operations</strong><br><ul><li>Coordinate payment runs and liquidity planning</li><li>Maintain cash flow forecasting</li><li>Ensure efficient cash management</li><li>Analyze and invoice intercompany relationships between all Aily entities</li></ul><strong>What you should bring</strong><br><ul><li>2-4 years in finance advisory, controlling, or business finance (Big 4, consulting, scale-ups, or tech companies preferred)</li><li>Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience in building financial models, and creating executive presentations</li><li>AI enthusiasm with hands-on experience using AI tools and genuine interest in automation and process optimization</li><li>Technical proficiency with modern finance tools, quick learner with new software, comfortable with integrations and data management</li><li>Executive communication skills with experience preparing board presentations </li><li>Stakeholder management experience working with external partners (accountants, auditors) and cross-functional teams</li></ul>"
