They will assist in selling parts to all customers through various means such as over the counter, through the service department or on the phone. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Some <strong>benefits</strong> include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision and other health insurance options</li>\n <li>Company-paid life and disability insurance</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>401k retirement plan with employer contributions</li>\n <li>Employee events, team building, etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists wholesale and retail customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.</li>\n <li>Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.</li>\n <li>Answers phone calls, take messages, redirect as needed.</li>\n <li>Provides high level of customer service to internal and external customers.</li>\n <li>Greet customers in a cheerful manner. </li>\n <li>Keeps front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.</li>\n <li>Assists team members in selecting required parts for service repair orders and maintains stock in accordance to high use parts.</li>\n <li>Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.</li>\n <li>Issues credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified.</li>\n <li>Issues and tracks requested shop tools to technicians.</li>\n <li>Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.</li>\n <li>Keeps current on new products and product updates.</li>\n <li>Maintains professional appearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li>\n <li>3+ Years of previous sales or customer service experience at high volume automotive store.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communications skills.</li>\n <li>Preferred – Bilingual in English and Spanish.</li>\n <li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li>\n <li>Comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic, changing environment.</li>\n <li>Unwavering commitment to ethical business practices.</li>\n</ul>",
