Beyond accurate monthly payroll execution, you will design reporting mechanisms, enhance interfaces, and optimize workflows - playing a key role in the professionalization of our payroll landscape.</div><br><strong>Your responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>You take operational and technical ownership of the monthly payroll for several entities within the Bikeleasing Group and ensure compliance with all German tax, labor law, and social security regulations.</li><li>You handle the maintenance, validation, and reconciliation of all payroll-relevant data in <strong>DATEV</strong>, including interfaces with our <strong>HRIS Personio</strong> and accounting systems.</li><li>You support the Finance team with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and monthly/quarterly/annual closing by providing data, insights, and analyses.</li><li>Together with your colleague, you act as a central expert partner to Finance, external tax advisors, auditors, and social security institutions.</li><li>You coordinate external payroll service providers (e.g., in Austria) and ensure consistent processes and high quality.</li><li>In close cooperation with People and Finance, you further develop payroll-relevant tools, reporting logic, and system interfaces.</li></ul>"
