These examples are not necessarily performed by all incumbents and do not include all specific essential functions and responsibilities the incumbent may be expected to perform.</p><p><br></p><p>A Senior Field Technician often operates in a leadership capacity, requiring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage projects and teams effectively.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Implements projects, including the activities of all participants involved in projects.</li><li>Open minded, listens and evaluates others input to successfully implement projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides training and technical assistance in projects assigned.</li><li>Prepares supplies, equipment and paperwork for projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates with customer Project Manager once job is assigned.</li><li>Can perform pre-job site walks with customers.</li><li>Responsible for workflow, record keeping on and offsite, tools and vehicle maintenance.</li><li>Be proficient and able to follow SOPs accordingly.</li><li>Ensure the expectation of quality is being carried out on jobsites per SOP.</li><li>Maintains client confidence and protects operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborates with co-workers in program design and delivery.</li><li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>Works with a positive attitude and adapts to learning new things.&nbsp;</li><li>Regular attendance and punctuality is a requirement for this position.</li><li>Must always maintain a professional and courteous manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work harmoniously with other employees and customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive defensively on PurgeRite time including jobsites.&nbsp;</li><li>Follows and helps enforce PurgeRite safety procedures onsite and at shop.</li><li>Provides input on participant attendance and evaluates performance.</li><li>Responsible for writing quality flush reports.</li><li>Can read and comprehend flush plan for assigned job.</li><li>Understands and can balance a system.</li><li>Can complete a job start to finish independently.&nbsp;</li><li>All other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
