Our team is redefining what's possible for individuals with spinal cord injury and neurological conditions, and we’re looking for passionate Physical Therapists ready to make a difference.</p>\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>\n<p>As a Physical Therapist I (PT I), you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment planning for patients with acquired and developmental disabilities</li>\n <li>Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapy interventions to maximize function and independence</li>\n <li>Delegate and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation technicians</li>\n <li>Collaborate within a dynamic interdisciplinary team to drive patient-centered outcomes</li>\n <li>Participate in intra- and interdisciplinary training programs and continuous learning</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with KKI policies and Maryland Board regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>International Center for Spinal Cord Injury</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.</li>\n <li>Eligible for license to practice as a PT in the state of Maryland.</li>\n <li>Continuing education or certification in Physical Therapy or a related field is preferred.</li>\n <li>*Individual must demonstrate competence across all age groups due to the diversity of the children and families served by KKI. </li>\n <li>*Clinical care focus is on the neonate, pediatric, and adolescent populations, as well as some adults with disabilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from an accredited undergraduate program for PTs.</li>\n <li>Graduate degree (M.S. or higher) preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One year of experience working in a related Physical Therapy practice setting is preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience working with or treating children or adults with developmental or acquired disabilities is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Minimum pay range</h2>USD $78,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Maximum pay range</h2>USD $106,886.00/Yr.",
