Youth participate in individual, family, and group therapy, life skills training, victim impact awareness, and restorative programming. The average length of stay is 9 to 12 months and is determined by each youth’s progress in meeting treatment goals. This role is ideal for a therapist passionate about working in youth behavioral health, juvenile care, or residential treatment.
