Under RN supervision, they assist with treatment plans, administer medications, and support diagnostic procedures. The LPN maintains clinical documentation, adheres to safety protocols, and participates in emergency response efforts. Responsibilities also include assisting with minor procedures and implementing therapeutic diets.
