          "text": "<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Family Physician</strong> to join our established practice in Sheet Harbour. The successful candidate will assume the patient panel of a retiring physician and provide community-based family medicine within a collegial, well-supported hospital environment.</p><p>The role includes clinic-based care, Urgent Treatment Centre coverage, and Long-Term Care support, with all services conveniently located on the same property.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive community family medicine</li><li>Assume an established patient panel from a retiring physician</li><li>Provide coverage for the on-site <strong>Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC)</strong></li><li>Provide <strong>Long-Term Care (LTC)</strong> coverage at <em>Harbourview Lodge</em><ul><li>Weekly rounding</li></ul></li><li>Participate in a shared call rota<ul><li>Overnight call for UTC/LTC (call volume is <strong>extremely low</strong>)</li></ul></li><li>Provide occasional evening and after-hours coverage</li><li>Collaborate with on-site interdisciplinary and allied health provider<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Expected Hours</strong></li><li><strong>Clinic hours:</strong> Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. As per the LFM contract, physicians can also provide a certain amount of virtual/phone call access for their patients after hours if desired.&#xa0;</li><li>Occasional evening and after-hours coverage on site&#xa0;</li><li>Shared overnight call for UTC/LTC (minimal frequency)</li></ul>",
