This leadership role is responsible for overseeing mechanical engineering scope, ensuring technical excellence, and guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and constructible solutions.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in EPC project delivery, power and rotating equipment systems, and has a proven ability to lead engineering teams, mentor senior and junior staff, and interface with clients, vendors, and executive stakeholders.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic <strong>Mechanical Engineering Project Lead</strong> to drive mechanical engineering execution across complex EPC projects in power generation, transmission, and industrial infrastructure.
