With a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, we continue to serve our growing customer base while maintaining a tradition of excellent workmanship and personalized service.<br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Values:</span><br>Safety: We never compromise on the safety of our employees or structures<br>Teamwork: We can accomplish anything together through communication and diligence<br>Dependability: We want our customers and co-workers to know they can always count on us<br>Quality: We will have the best aluminum structures in the industry<br>Innovation: We will continually think outside of the box and strive to learn new skills</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:</span><br>•    To create precise and detailed shop drawings by accurately interpreting construction documents, drafting                  comprehensive shop drawings with material schedules, and collaborating with engineering to produce fully         engineered shop drawings.<br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ROLE: </span><br>•    To work with Manager and Project Managers to ensure projects are drafted according to schedule.<br>•    Develop accurate and detailed shop drawings.<br>•    Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, and Engineers to ensure successful completion of all projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span><br>•    Interpret and understand construction documents, including architectural, structural, MEP, and specifications related to canopy design and documentation. Work with Project Managers on any information that requires clarification through RFI.<br>•    Review sales proposal and startup documents to understand scope of work.<br>•    Produce accurate and detailed shop drawings in Revit using the standard template and shop drawing standards. <br>•    Produce material schedule with shop drawings to quantify all material required for each project.<br>•    Facilitate the engineering process by sending documents to engineers, collaborating on design details and overall project configuration, and incorporating any changes to ultimately produce fully engineered shop drawings.<br>•    Collaborate with Sales and Project Managers on any items that affect scope, cost, and/or schedule implications.<br>•    Manage project backlog, ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner, and notify Manager in advance of any projects that will not meet their deadline. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span><br>•    Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in drafting preferred.<br>•    Proficiency in Revit preferred.  <br>•    Solid knowledge of basic drafting skills required.<br>•    Ability to read and accurately interpret Construction Documents and Specifications.<br>•    Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.<br>•    Self-motivated with effective communication and teamwork skills.<br>•    Ability to work multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.<br>•    A shared appreciation for our 5 core values (Safety, Teamwork, Communication, Quality, Innovation) <br>•    Correspondence in English is required to collaborate with team members.</p>\n<p><br></p>",
