    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Detailed Description</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p>Lead and mentor engineering team members; develop and deliver technical and sales training in collaboration with the Engineering Manager</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain expertise in Down Hole Tool applications and provide technical recommendations to optimize drilling programs</p></li><li><p>Analyze drilling data and perform performance studies to improve tool performance in critical applications</p></li><li><p>Provide high-level technical support to customers in both field and office environments</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop, test, and improve tool designs</p></li><li><p>Recommend product improvements or obsolescence based on application-specific needs</p></li><li><p>Communicate product performance, features, and benefits to customers and internal teams</p></li><li><p>Conduct performance analysis on trial runs and track PUK and directional performance data</p></li><li><p>Investigate dull conditions and perform problem-solving related to tool performance</p></li><li><p>Perform international data analysis to support global operations</p></li><li><p>Identify and develop new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives</p></li><li><p>Provide onsite rig support and participate in customer meetings and presentations</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and performance data</p></li><li><p>Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs, product design, and sales strategies</p></li><li><p>Adhere to all safety standards and company policies</p></li></ul><p>Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities)</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to drilling performance and data interpretation</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Advanced computer proficiency and experience with data analysis tools</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with public speaking and delivering technical presentations</p></li><li><p>Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities</p></li><li><p>Collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform physical job requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs</p></li><li><p>Visual acuity and manual dexterity for technical and field work</p></li></ul><p>Minimum Qualifications</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related technical field</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 5 years of drill bit or drilling experience</p></li><li><p>Experience with industry tools such as Bithub, GameChanger, Wellscan, and Table AU</p></li></ul><p>Preferred Certifications</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p>Experience in oil and gas drilling operations or PDC drill bit sales</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of drilling applications, bit design, and performance optimization techniques</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with drilling data analysis software and tools</p></li></ul><p>Additional Details</p><p>This role requires a strong focus on safety in both shop and field environments.
