Project Execution</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Own end-to-end execution of cybersecurity initiatives and cross-functional IT projects</li><li>Build and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables</li><li>Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery</li><li>Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and resource constraints early</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>KPI Development &amp; Executive Reporting</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Define, track, and report on cybersecurity KPIs and program health metrics</li><li>Build executive-level dashboards and reporting artifacts (board-ready)</li><li>Translate technical progress into clear business and risk-based updates</li><li>Establish consistent reporting cadence across all initiatives</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Governance, Documentation &amp;
