As we continue to expand our presence in the industry, we are seeking a passionate and talented Barback to join our team.&nbsp;</p><p>Job Description: As a Barback at Backyard Gilbert, you will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard guest drinking experience. A Barback assists in consistent delivery of exceptional service to every guest while interacting in a professional manner. The Barback maintains the bar&rsquo;s cleanliness and stocked bars for beverage service and preparation while upholding company standards and a safe work environment.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Verify par levels for all product and equipment needs within the designated work area at the beginning of every shift. Ensure that all areas are well stocked and bring shortages and/or needs to the manager&rsquo;s attention.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Observe and anticipate guests&rsquo; needs.
