Master Maintenance Mechanics lead and guide the daily and weekly activities of the general maintenance team to ensure the plant operates at maximum efficiency with minimal downtime. They repair, program, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and adjust equipment and machines for optimal performance. This role requires proven ability in 6 or more technical skill areas and offers a skills-based pay model, certified training programs, relocation assistance, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.</p>\n<p><u>Essential Job Functions and Duties</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are met and inspect facility conditions and equipment performance.</li>\n <li>Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment.</li>\n <li>Inspect machines regularly for malfunctions, including visual and sound inspections.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all safety requirements, including personal protective equipment (PPE), preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, and following lockout-tagout procedures and process safety management guidelines.</li>\n <li>Perform emergency repairs, requiring the ability to troubleshoot promptly and effectively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Qualifications</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma/GED, trade school, vocational, or advanced technical training.
