    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Phlebotomy Technician - Brooklyn Park, MN, Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, w/ Rotational Weekends.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Phlebotomy Technician is responsible for accurately performing and processing, Point of Care Testing (POC), venous and capillary blood collection from adults, infants, and children and all related functions.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay range: $23.00 - $28.00 / hour</strong></p><p>Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
