    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\">POSITION SUMMARY</p><p>The Field Service Technician&rsquo;s main responsibilities is to travel to customer sites to perform service activities on various types of heat exchangers, and to maintain and repair tools and equipment used in the field service department.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; DUTIES</strong></p><ul><li>Travel and perform field service work as needed; approx. 85% of the time.</li><li>15% of your time will be utilized training and working where needed at various Kelvion locations.</li><li>Troubleshoot and perform repairs on equipment in the field.</li><li>Perform rework functions at various Kelvion locations.</li><li>If needed, fabricate tools in the shop for field service needs.</li><li>Follow company procedures and safety policies.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>To ensure Kelvion&rsquo;s Standard of Excellence, which includes quality, is incorporated into every product we produce.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Global Code of Business Principles, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Vision and Values, Operational Framework</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES)</strong></p><ul><li>Has working knowledge of manufactured Kelvion product.</li><li>Exhibits good problem- solving skills.</li><li>Able to use computer software for field reports.</li><li>Exhibits adequate verbal and written&nbsp;communication skills.</li><li>Should have basic math and reading skills along with the ability to use measuring equipment as needed to perform the job.</li><li>Must be OSHA 10 certified.</li><li>Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on mechanical systems.</li><li>Wiring and electrical experience preferred.</li><li>Must have active Driver&rsquo;s License and ability to operate company vehicles.</li><li>Ability to work irregular shifts and travel with as little as 24 hours&rsquo; notice.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)</p><ul><li>Have a High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>Hands-on field experience.</li><li>Experience level would represent above average knowledge of product and processes.</li></ul><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
