You will oversee and direct all aspects of sales activity, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution of truck parts and accessories, ensuring excellence in customer service and operational efficiency, while achieving company expectations for sales volume and profitability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Honor Commitments: Achieve budgeted goals for sales volume, gross margin, inventory turns, and department profitability: Fulfill our commitment to meeting financial targets while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability. Create Positive Experiences: Lead and motivate the counter staff to create sales opportunities: Foster a positive and customer-centric environment, ensuring that every interaction with our team leaves a lasting positive impression on our customers. Foster Lifelong Learning: Develop individualized market development strategies: Embrace continuous learning and innovation, adapting strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while staying ahead of industry trends. Engage in all assigned learning modules: Demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development, embracing opportunities to expand knowledge and skills Exhibit Pioneering Spirit: Implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base: Demonstrate initiative and creativity in driving growth and exploring new opportunities, embodying a pioneering spirit in the pursuit of excellence. Demonstrate Good Stewardship: Monitor and control slow and non-moving stock levels within company guidelines: Exercise responsible stewardship of resources, optimizing inventory management practices to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Utilize existing tools and collaborate with the centralized inventory control team: Ensure prudent use of resources and maintain an appropriate and efficient part inventory, demonstrating good stewardship of company assets. Other Duties as Assigned: Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives. Approach all duties with dedication and a commitment to the company's values, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and vision. Basic computer skills required; experience with inventory systems, and electronic part catalogs preferred Dependable and reliable attendance. Valid driver's license required.
