Leveraging advanced automation and scalable architecture, we make complex processes - from data integration to reporting and compliance - fast, seamless and accurate.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking a Russian-speaking <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Engineering Manager / Senior Full-Stack Developer</span> with strong proficiency in React, Node.js and/or Java/Spring Boot who thrives in a collaborative environment, can architect systems, write production grade code and guide a small engineering team while integrating AI powered workflows into the engineering process and the product itself.
