Greenpeace campaigns have been vital in informing government policies on the environment and effecting changes in business practices, which lead to various environmental problems.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Greenpeace in Southeast Asia</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Greenpeace opened its first office in Southeast Asia in 2000. Since then we have led successful campaigns throughout the region, securing fresher air, cleaner water, and a healthier environment through changing industry practices and government policies. Greenpeace actively campaigns across the region on pressing environmental issues concerning our climate, forests, oceans, food, plastic, livable cities, as well as social justice.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Greenpeace has four offices in Southeast Asia (GPSEA)—in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand, with each office is composed of Programme Department (Campaigns, Communications, Public Engagement &amp; Actions), Fundraising, and Operations Support (Human Resources, Finance &amp; Administration, Information Technology, Security). Currently, Greenpeace Southeast Asia employs nearly 200 staff across the region, excluding the Direct Dialogue Fundraisers.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Management Intern</span> supports Greenpeace Southeast Asia in building smarter digital foundations for supporter engagement. The intern's primary focus will be on two things: assessing and consolidating the team's product and tools ecosystem and supporting the optimization of CRM and other systems. Alongside this, they'll get hands-on exposure to CRM operations and cross-team systems work.  This role suits someone who thinks analytically, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can turn structured research into clear, actionable outputs.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Duties</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Stack Consolidation &amp; Assessment</span><br>• Support Regional Journey Coordinator in conducting a full audit of the digital tools and platforms currently in use across the region to identify overlaps, redundancies, integration gaps, and usage levels across the tech stack.<br>• Develop a consolidation assessment and recommend a prioritised consolidation roadmap with clear rationale for each decision.<br>• Research alternative platforms or upgrades where current tools are falling short.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CRM &amp; Systems Support</span><br>• Assist in auditing CRM configurations, such as list segmentation, contact hygiene, workflow logic, while documenting findings clearly.<br>• Support the setup and testing of CRM automations and workflow improvements under the guidance of the Regional Journey Coordinator.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Architecture Support</span><br>• Work alongside the Regional Journey Coordinator, Integrated Engagement Manager, and Database Manager on building Greenpeace Malaysia's supporter data architecture<br>• Bring business analysis thinking to data decisions: asking the right questions about what data is needed, why, and what downstream reporting or segmentation it needs to support.<br>• Identify data quality issues, gaps, and opportunities to improve how supporter data is captured, structured, and used across the ecosystem.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Attributes:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Educational Knowledge</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Foundational understanding of CRM systems, web analytics,</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">and digital platform management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Mixpanel, or Google Tag Manager is a strong advantage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong skills in written and spoken English.                                                                                                </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Analysis Skills</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong structured thinking: able to break down a problem, identify root causes, and build a logical path to resolution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable producing product assessments, consolidation frameworks, and system documentation that others can act on.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Data-literate: can read analytics, interpret CRM metrics, and use data to support recommendations rather than just describe what happened.</span><br><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Teamwork &amp; Initiative</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across regional and country teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proactive and structured: comfortable managing tasks, flagging blockers early, and iterating on solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Commitment to Greenpeace's mission and a genuine interest in using digital systems for social impact.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field of study: </span>Degree holder in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Product Management, Communications, or related fields.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Place of work: </span>Menara Sentral Vista, Brickfileds Kuala Lumpur</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule of Work:</span> The Intern is expected to be contactable at all times during normal hours of work, specifically between 9.00am to 5.00pm, Mondays to Fridays.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Deadline of application: 12 June 2026</span></p>",
