Must maintain a professional working relationship with all maintenance, production and management personnel to achieve the goals of the organization.</p>\n<h2>Benefits Highlights</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Substantial company-paid assistance for Medical and Dental insurance premiums; mental health coverage; cost effective co-pays and deductibles</li>\n <li>401(k) with 5% annual company contribution and generous company matching contributions vested over three years</li>\n <li>Paid time off, including eight paid holidays</li>\n <li>Opportunity to earn bonuses</li>\n <li>Employee wellness program that includes free counseling sessions, financial and legal guidance, and more</li>\n <li>Opportunities for paid training to support career advancement and personal development</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Comply with all Company work and safety rules and related industry regulations.</li>\n <li>Have a thorough working knowledge of mechanical operations used in the industry and able to maintain, install, repair and troubleshoot all systems, equipment and facilities.</li>\n <li>Maintain a working relationship with maintenance, production and management personnel.</li>\n <li>Possess the necessary skills and aptitudes required to operate maintenance tools and related machinery.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate all facility equipment to the degree needed for troubleshooting and testing.</li>\n <li>Assist production personnel to maintain the flow of product.</li>\n <li>Work necessary overtime as required.</li>\n <li>Be willing to learn new skills needed to maintain updated machinery and/or facilities.</li>\n <li>Willing to improve or change personal work habits to adjust to new situations.</li>\n <li>Willing to make suggestions to improve or enhance the facility.</li>\n <li>Maintain open lines of communication with all facility departments and personnel necessary to ensure proper operation and maintenance of systems, equipment and facilities.</li>\n <li>Take a leadership role in completion of the task at hand or work assignments.</li>\n <li>Take the responsibility to maintain a clean and safe working environment.</li>\n <li>Be a \"team\" member.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>A minimum of 4 years in an industrial millwright position or comparable training.</p></li>\n <li>Proficiently weld, cut, troubleshoot equipment and systems, maintain all working components, operate machinery, understand pneumatic and hydraulic systems.</li>\n <li>Use all tools related to the trade proficiently and have the ability to acquire your own tools throughout employment</li>\n <li>Good communication skills.</li>\n <li> Ability to understand order systems, machine histories, scheduling, warehousing and related maintenance fields.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A successful candidate will have the ability to establish a working relationship with maintenance, production and management personnel to achieve the goals of the organization.</li>\n <li>Ability to work overtime when required to maintain, install or repair equipment or facilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and comply with work order systems, machine histories, scheduling, warehousing</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.</li>\n <li>State classification as a Journeyman Millwright is preferred but not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>More About Us</h2>\n<p>Hampton took over management of the Warrenton plant in 2010, however, this site has had a sawmill on it since 1921. We currently employ 140 people, some of which have worked here for over 30 years while others have just started their careers.
