With unparalleled expertise from RIDGID, Greenlee, HDE, and Klauke, we deliver tools our customers trust to handle their toughest challenges.<br>&nbsp;</p><div><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></div><div><ul><li>Define the strategy for AI-augmented firmware architectures, ensuring that system designs are optimized for both traditional real-time performance and emerging Edge AI capabilities.</li><li>Architect automated orchestration frameworks (e.g., using LangGraph or similar) to streamline the translation of system requirements into verifiable architectural models.</li><li>Design and develop firmware for professional tools with embedded electronics, including BLDC-motor control and BLE connectivity.</li><li>Lead system design, including architecture design and system requirements development.</li><li>Conduct concept feasibility assessments and technical risk evaluations for new products.</li><li>Provide technical leadership to uphold software quality standards by defining best practices, driving process improvements, and guiding a global development team toward consistent delivery</li><li>Mentor junior engineers, including hands-on problem solving, and debugging.</li><li>Provide timely communications on significant issues, risks or developments.</li><li>Support field investigations, manufacturing, and supply chain issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><strong>Who You Are:</strong></div><div><p style=\"background-color: white; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in; vertical-align: baseline;\">You readily take action on challenges, without unnecessary planning.
