You’ll work closely with experienced technicians who will train you step-by-step in PPF installation, vehicle preparation, shop processes, and our high-quality standards.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities (Training Provided):</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with picking up paint protection kits from the AE Production Center and verifying accuracy</li>\n<li>Learn proper vehicle prep including washing, clay barring, and panel cleaning</li>\n<li>Support senior installers and observe PPF installation (XPEL) techniques</li>\n<li>Gradually practice installing film under supervision</li>\n<li>Help conduct basic quality checks to ensure high standards</li>\n<li>Learn how to communicate job status with customers and through AE office/software systems</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interest in automotive work and learning PPF installation</li>\n<li>Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record</li>\n<li>Reliable transportation to travel between job locations</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain a professional, positive attitude with customers and team members</li>\n<li>Dependable attendance and punctuality</li>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n<li>Comfortable driving high-end vehicles (training provided)</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction</li>\n<li>Detailing experience is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health Insurance</li>\n<li>Dental insurance</li>\n<li>Vision insurance</li>\n<li>Company-Matching 401K</li>\n<li>PTO</li>\n<li>Monday–Friday Schedule</li>\n<li>Hands-on training with experienced installers</li>\n<li>Clear growth path to full installer role</li>\n</ul>",
