We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with MI Project Management (PM) team to deliver high quality Synapse product solutions.</li>\n <li>Act as lead technical resource for MI Implementation projects.</li>\n <li>Specify and deploy third party hardware and software infrastructure.</li>\n <li>vSphere products: ESXi, vCOPS, SRM.</li>\n <li>Storage: FC infrastructure, disk array design, setup and deployment, storage protocols = FC, NFS, CIFS, DAS.</li>\n <li>Disaster Recovery (DR) setup and validation: Backupexec, NAS or Tape media.</li>\n <li>Plan and deploy Synapse MI solutions: Radiology PACS, Cardiology PACS, Synapse EIS, Synapse 3D, Synapse Mobility, Synapse VNA.</li>\n <li>Complete \"existing customer\" projects.</li>\n <li>Infrastructure hardware refreshes.</li>\n <li>Date migrations.</li>\n <li>General architecture changes and/or redeployment.</li>\n <li>Integrate Synapse MI products with all third-party healthcare IT systems, e.g. dictation, EMR, Citrix, and EIS.</li>\n <li>Adhere to rigorous internal project communication guidelines using tools provided.</li>\n <li>Extensive documentation development.</li>\n <li>Customer specific solution design documentation.</li>\n <li>Best practice documentation.</li>\n <li>Learn new Synapse and third-party products as they are released, often with limited training.</li>\n <li>Participate in Subject Matter Expert (SME) program.</li>\n <li>Adheres to the Company's quality and regulatory compliance requirements, without exception, and ensures that all job duties inherent in the position description are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards</li>\n <li>Comply with and pass all requirements for vendor credentialing as part of gaining access to hospitals and facilities to perform assigned job duties.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>5-10 years’ experience in Healthcare Information Technology.</li>\n <li>5-10 years full time experience working with Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems (2008/2012/2016/Windows 10) in a technical capacity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Educational Requirements: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or Associates degree with significant on the-job experience in a hospital, Cardiology or Radiology setting in an senior technical or managerial role.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Special Skills or Other Job Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Thorough knowledge of PACS and Clinical Information Systems for Cardiology, Radiology, and related services including workflow.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery implementation.</li>\n <li>Advanced systems design, architecture, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting skills.</li>\n <li>Expert level knowledge in vSphere products - specifically ESXi and Site Recovery Manager.</li>\n <li>Expert level knowledge in storage infrastructure design, deployment and troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Firm knowledge of overall network design and security.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (DICOM, HL7, XML, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed capabilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.</li>\n <li>The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.</li>\n <li>The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.</li>\n <li>The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.</li>\n <li>Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Travel:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Occasional (up to 25%) travel may be required based on business needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>*#LI-Remote</em></p>\n<p><em>In the event that COVID-19  vaccine mandates issued by the federal government, or by state or local government become effective and enforceable, the Company will require that the successful candidate hired for positions covered under relevant government vaccine mandate(s) be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, absent being granted an accommodation due to medical or sincerely held religious belief or other legally required exemption.
