You will help ensure that every event order is pulled accurately, loaded safely, delivered on time, installed correctly, and returned in good condition.</p><p>The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable driving company vans, and able to work with urgency while still protecting inventory, equipment, and venue spaces. This role is a key part of bringing our event designs to life behind the scenes and on-site.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Warehouse &amp; Inventory Support</h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Maintain, clean, organize, and care for design inventory, including d&eacute;cor, candles, linens, lighting, arches, furniture, vessels, stands, and event equipment.</li><li>Pull event orders accurately according to designer instructions, production lists, timelines, and venue needs.</li><li>Prep, pack, label, and stage event items for delivery and installation.</li><li>Inspect inventory before and after events for cleanliness, damage, missing items, or repair needs.</li><li>Return, clean, restock, and organize items after events.</li><li>Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.</li><li>Assist with inventory counts, supply organization, and basic tracking as needed.</li></ul><h3>Delivery &amp; Transportation</h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Safely load and unload company vans with floral, d&eacute;cor, furniture, lighting, and event equipment.</li><li>Drive company vehicles to and from Wedgewood Weddings venues and other event locations.</li><li>Protect inventory during transport by loading items safely and securely.</li><li>Follow delivery timelines and communicate any delays, issues, or concerns promptly.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and basic care of company vehicles.</li><li>Follow company safety standards while loading, unloading, driving, and working on-site.</li></ul><h3>Event Installation &amp; Setup</h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Assist with on-site event setups at wedding venues, both indoors and outdoors.</li><li>Install and place d&eacute;cor, furniture, arches, candles, lighting, linens, signage, and event equipment according to designer instructions and event diagrams.</li><li>Support floral and design teams during ceremony, reception, and venue installations.</li><li>Assist with lighting, draping, arches, ceremony structures, and d&eacute;cor placement as trained.</li><li>Work efficiently while ensuring event spaces are clean, polished, accurate, and guest-ready.</li><li>Troubleshoot setup needs calmly and communicate clearly with designers, managers, venue teams, and operations staff.</li><li>Assist with breakdowns, returns, and post-event organization.</li></ul><h2>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, delivery, event, rental, trade show, moving, logistics, installation, or similar hands-on role preferred.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record required.</li><li>Must be comfortable driving company vans; no CDL required.</li><li>Must meet company requirements for driving responsibilities.</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 40 lbs. or more regularly.</li><li>Comfortable performing physical work for extended periods.</li><li>Strong organization skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to follow pull sheets, checklists, diagrams, instructions, and timelines accurately.</li><li>Basic math and computer skills.</li><li>Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude.</li><li>Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and work with urgency.</li><li>Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in changing event conditions.</li><li>Comfortable using ladders up to 15 feet when properly trained.</li><li>Professional, calm, and respectful when working at venues and around clients, guests, and vendor teams.</li></ul><h2>Schedule Requirements</h2><p>This role requires weekday production and weekend event installation hours.</p><p>As is typical in the wedding and hospitality industry, this position may require evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
