          "text": "<p>Role: SDM with Healthcare product/platform<br />Location: Horsham, PA or Cary, NC or Boston, MA<br />Duration: 6+ Months<br /><br />BGV will be done for the selected candidates.<br /><br /><br />Role     <br /><br />Program Manager / Engagement Manager<br /><br />Responsibilities:<br /><br /><br />·         Stakeholder management - manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders<br /><br />·         Revenue and Contract management<br /><br />·         Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs<br /><br />·         Participate in internal preparation and client conference calls and face-to-face meetings as required to understand client’s unique situation so the ongoing delivery of the engagement will meet or surpass client expectations.<br /><br />·         Manage client relationships – VP, DIR and Managers within IT and Business<br /><br />·         Forecast and manage talent<br /><br />·         Provide team leadership<br /><br />·         Thought leadership in IT/Offshoring, BPO and Infrastructure.<br /><br />·         Ability to engage in consultative selling<br /><br />Required Skills:<br /><br /><br />·         At least 12 years of experience in various software engineering lifecycle leadership roles<br /><br />·         At least 5 years of successful experience with estimating the use of and the management of off-shore distributed delivery teams<br /><br />·         Strong experience in scoping the size of a project<br /><br />·         Strong experience in developing complex global staffing plans and preparing MS Project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures<br /><br />·         Strong experience in estimating onsite and offshore resource requirements and level of effort for both time and materials and deliverable-based fixed price projects<br /><br />·         Ability to travel 25-50% minimum<br /><br />·         Capability to nurture and develop client relationships and client satisfaction and assist growing the account<br /><br />·         Thought leadership in IT/Offshoring environment<br /><br />·         Performs Healthcare industry and technology forward looking research to help craft/anticipate where the industry is going and client needs are headed<br /><br />·         Knowledge of Healthcare Analytics, application and usage in the industry<br /><br />·         Business Development (farming) experience<br /><br />·         Experience in formulating creative deals<br /><br />·         Experience in Healthcare (payer or provider) business and its challenge<br /><br />Preferred Qualifications / Experience:<br /><br />·         Prior Experience in Management Consulting<br /><br />·         Minimum 12 years of experience<br /><br />·         Minimum 3 years of Healthcare domain<br /><br />·         Exposure to Performance/Software Product/Functional &amp; Automation Testing will be a plus<br /><br />Nice to Have Skills<br /><br /><br />·         Excellent client presentation and relationship skills<br /><br />·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br /><br />·         P&amp;L management experience<br /><br />·         Experience in IT, Infrastructure and Application Services, Consulting area<br /><br />Please respond with your word resume and requested details:<br /><br />Full Name :<br />Work Authorization:<br />Contact Number :<br />Email ID :<br />Skype ID:<br />Current location:<br />Willing to relocate :<br />Rate/hr :<br /></p>",
