Time off is important!</li>\n<li>You always get your birthday off.</li>\n<li>Enhanced pay for maternity, adoption, shared parental and paternity leave.</li>\n<li>Bonus scheme so you get to benefit from our success.</li>\n<li>Recognition scheme that rewards brilliant work.</li>\n<li>Flexible working opportunities to align with your lifestyle.</li>\n<li>Death in service.</li>\n<li>Car scheme.</li>\n<li>Award winning wellbeing initiatives.</li>\n<li>Access to many other benefits, including lifestyle discounts, emergency loans, eyecare vouchers, mental, wellness, financial and legal support.</li>\n<li>An award winning, fun and rewarding culture where you make a genuine difference to patients and healthcare teams every day.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The role</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the efficient delivery of a distance-selling pharmacy dispensing service in line with established Standard Operating Procedures</li>\n<li>Dispense medication safely and accurately, ensuring clinical safety and adherence to pharmaceutical protocols</li>\n<li>Ensure the timely packing, dispatch and delivery of prescribed medications to patients across England</li>\n<li>Provide healthcare advice and patient support via telephone and electronic communication channels</li>\n<li>Manage operational and clinical queries from healthcare practitioners, GPs and other medical professionals</li>\n<li>Complete prescription administration accurately, ensuring all documentation and processing is completed within required timeframes</li>\n<li>Dispense medication into monitored dosage systems, including blister packs and compliance aids, in line with pharmacy protocols</li>\n<li>Pack medications into appropriate delivery packaging, preparing orders safely for distribution to patients and community settings</li>\n<li>Maintain high standards of operational excellence through quality control, attention to detail and continuous improvement</li>\n<li>Undertake reasonable additional duties to support pharmacy operations and team objectives as required</li>\n<li>Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including equal opportunities, health and safety and regulatory requirements</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, including MHRA guidelines, clinical governance standards and professional dispensing requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is for someone ready to grab an opportunity and run with it.
