procedures</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Pro-actively communicate and work with members of your own and other departments to ensure standards of service to customers and business objectives are achieved</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support the engineering team</span><span> with</span><span> new product service our products ensuring the quality of work meets or exceeds agreed standards</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide strip down reports </span><span>to enable repair quotations to be prepared </span><span>for the customer.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist with the preparation of </span><span>site risk assessments </span><span>and method statements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide </span><span>the highest standards of customer service by being attentive to individual customer’s requirements and ensuring a pro-active, </span><span>efficient,</span><span> and effective response to customers’ needs</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>To be fully conversant with and responsible for safe working practises in accordance with current health and </span><span>s</span><span>afety legislation.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide sales support assistance as promote alternative equipment or services to the customer and to note whilst on site any other equipment the Company may offer </span><span>its</span><span> services for.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist the Company by producing clear internal reports relating to product failures</span><span> and </span><span>work carried out For </span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>GCSE qualifications (A-C), A Levels, or an Apprenticeship qualification/HNC.</span></span><span><br></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proven<span> </span></span><span>site experience</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Previous experience working in heavy industry.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>A
