    "description": "<p>Job Duties: Registered Nurse works under the direct supervision of the Administrator<br>and is responsible for ensuring that the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all clients.<br>Required Qualifications:<br> Current RN license in the state of Georgia<br> First Aid/CPR<br> NCIC/DBHDD clearance<br> 2+ years nursing experience<br> At least 6 months experience working in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility working with those<br>individuals living with dementia, and or geriatric or disoriented individuals<br> Capable of lifting 50 pounds without assistance.<br> Maintains current driver’s license if doing transportation<br> Must have a positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds<br> Willingness to work evenings and weekends<br>Duties and Responsibilities<br> Supervise the LPN, CNA and Direct Care Staff<br> Supports individuals in attaining personal goals and desires<br> Ensures safety and security of individuals<br> Turns and re-positions bedridden individuals, alone or with assistance, to prevent bedsores<br> Completes all progress notes and documentation before change of shift<br> Assist individuals with ADLs (supervising, feeding, bathing and dressing)<br> Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration) as needed<br> Prepare and administer injections/enemas<br> Collect samples and monitor catheters/feeding tubes<br> Provide wound care<br> Routine hygiene care throughout the day.<br> Supervise in addressing their ISP/Plan of Care goals and document progress<br> Support all opportunities for the growth, learning and development of the individual<br> Complete daily progress notes highlighting person center events</p>",
