Benefits may vary based on state law.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>The Multimedia Coordinator provides a wide range of MarCom functions support to location leadership/physicians and the MarCom Director/Sr. Regional Director, including, but not limited to, photography, video, graphic design, editing, digital content management, strategy, departmental support, and monthly reports to leadership.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Digital Technology Communications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Capture high-quality clinical photography and video in OR, clinic, and inpatient/outpatient settings</li>\n <li>Support physician research, presentations, and clinical education</li>\n <li>Assist clinical and medical staff, where applicable, with publications</li>\n <li>Provide visual support for research publications and academic submissions (figures, image preparation, formatting support)</li>\n <li>Obtaining images for website/patient stories/social media</li>\n <li>Obtaining proper consent and storage of the consent forms</li>\n <li>Create digital content and execute location- and system-wide strategy</li>\n <li>Ensure confidentiality and patient privacy and follow SC brand & identity standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Collaborative Communications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Encourage enthusiasm, positive morale, and teamwork among employees</li>\n <li>Work with other departments, including clinical and medical staff, to solicit information</li>\n <li>Plan and curate creative content, technical documents, and copy for a wide array of audiences</li>\n <li>Support patient activations and community events with on-site content capture</li>\n <li>Assist Director (where applicable) with Shriners International temple relations</li>\n <li>Assist with facility special events such as public celebrations, celebrity and VIP visits, and others as requested. Ensure confidentiality and patient privacy during tours, events, and media visits.</li>\n <li>Weeknight/Weekend and Travel as needed to attend meetings or represent SC at community, temple, or fundraising events.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>AV, Technology & Equipment Resource (Cross-Functional Support)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a technical resource for staff during presentations, trainings, and educational sessions</li>\n <li>Set up and troubleshoot AV equipment (projectors, microphones, cameras, computers)</li>\n <li>Support basic recording and streaming needs for clinical, medical and MarCom events</li>\n <li>Maintain photography, video, and AV equipment in working order</li>\n <li>Provide reports on department activity and progress toward goals</li>\n <li>Manage multiple projects</li>\n <li>Upload photos, videos, and consents to the Digital Assets Management system</li>\n <li>General office duties, including but not limited to answering phones, filing, inventory of collateral, and meeting minutes</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years + of Marketing/Communications/Graphics/Multimedia experience</li>\n <li>Professional photography, videography, and photo/video production and editing experience</li>\n <li>Professional-setting social media content creation and management experience</li>\n <li>MS Office Suite proficiency</li>\n <li>Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency</li>\n <li>Ability to drive multiple projects with overlapping timeframes</li>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Communications (multimedia), Journalism, Marketing or other related discipline</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Preferred:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Writing, storytelling and editing experience</li>\n <li>Healthcare knowledge: Understanding of the healthcare industry landscape and audience needs</li>\n <li>Bilingual English/Spanish</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Shriners Children’s is an EOE/Drug-Free, Smoke-Free Workplace. </em></p>",
