Description
EMR, a leader in commercial kitchen repair, has openings in the Delaware Valley service area for commercial service technicians. At EMR you have a local dispatch, parts and management team to help support you.
$1000 sign on bonus offered for experienced technicians with a Journeyman license OR higher or 5 years’ experience in those states without license requirements. $500 paid out at 6 months, $500 paid out at 1 year mark.
Our Service Technicians provide service and repair to commercial food equipment while providing an exceptional customer service experience. EMR is a drug-free workplace, clean driving/background record required .

Position Requirements:
3+ years’ experience CFC certification (licenses are a plus) Possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years Clear criminal background Pre-Employment drug screening Strong mechanical aptitude (must pass mechanical aptitude test) Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in rare cases, high, precarious places

Ongoing training with the potential for advanced certifications & licenses (fees paid by EMR). Technical support provided by EMR Field Service Supervisor or Service Mgr. Essential tools & PPE provided. Work Shoe Reimbursement. Company service vehicle offered. Fuel card, EZ-Pass, tablet and cell phone provided for business use. Paid Leave:
17 days PTO accrual per year – 1 st year is prorated. 3 days paid Jury Duty. 3 days Funeral leave. 8 holidays & 2 floating holidays per year. Double time earned for working a holiday. Paid Wellness day (paid day off to attend annual wellness physical)
