    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p><strong><u>Basic Function:</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>The Doorperson&rsquo;s basic function is to provide the guests with information and support in a professional and gracious manner. &nbsp;The essential hospitality standards must be used at all times: &nbsp;eye contact, smile, speak first, engage in polite conversation, and use the guest&#39;s surname.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>Duties are as follows but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Provide fair and consistent seating of guests.</li><li>Receive and record reservations by phone or in person.</li><li>Maintain waiting list of guests. It is the greeter&rsquo;s responsibility to know what tables are available, who is covering each section and how to seat guests alternately in each section.</li><li>Accurately handle paperwork.</li><li>Check floor and tables for accuracy and cleanliness.</li><li>Assist in bussing tables as needed.</li><li>Maintain a clean podium. &nbsp;Wipe down menus at the end of each shift and replace if damaged.</li><li>Stock Host/Hostess stand.</li><li>If any orders are &quot;carry-out&quot;, package and check-out (if necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Volunteer hotel information to guests. Must be knowledgeable about other restaurants, shops and locations on property and about current/upcoming events.</li><li>Perform other restaurant and customer service related requests to guests.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>One year restaurant experience.</li><li>Good food and service knowledge.</li><li>Pleasant personality.</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul>\n    </div>\n  </div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
