The KidsTLC family of professionals is committed to making a substantial difference in the lives of the children and families we encounter.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Learn More about Trellis Center and KidsTLC here: Trellis Center Virtual Tour</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Position Opening:</strong></p>\n<p><u><strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst</strong>:</u> We are currently seeking highly motivated BCBAs to join our team. This position works alongside our Vice President of Autism Services, Clinical Director, fellow BCBAs, and Related Service Providers in a peer-to-peer supportive clinical model. <strong>The Ideal candidate will demonstrate proficient knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA instructional methodologies.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The BCBA is responsible for the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, design relative treatment plan, goals and programming in line with assessment results.</li>\n <li>Design and oversee data-driven programming and intervention for assigned clients based on industry best-practice standards and progress made towards achievement of client goals.</li>\n <li>Actively lead and participate in meetings, training and professional development opportunities specific to both clients and RBTs.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate proficient knowledge of ASD and ABA instructional methodologies.</li>\n <li>Conduct Case Management of clients</li>\n <li>Provide clinical supervision and mentorship of assigned RBTs and supervisees</li>\n <li>Maintaining appropriate records and notes</li>\n <li>Direct support to clients as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Position Perks:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Clinic-based services- no travel/commuting required</li>\n <li>Emphasis on ethical service delivery</li>\n <li>Manageable caseloads and billing expectations</li>\n <li>Tiered clinical structure for support</li>\n <li>Emphasis on multi-disciplinary collaboration</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintaining appropriate records and notes</li>\n <li>Working as part of a team</li>\n <li>Ability to work full time hours</li>\n <li>Performing duties and responsibilities within the scope of their BCBA certification and licensure</li>\n <li>Staff training and mentorship</li>\n <li>Direct 1:1 support to clients as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>This candidate will embody special characteristics such as integrity-driven decisions, organizational intellect, diligence with regard to best practices and most importantly an adamant desire to teach and inspire children and their families.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits/Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p>KidsTLC offers a comprehensive benefits package including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>$5,000 hiring bonus to join our team</strong></li>\n <li>Annual cost of living increases</li>\n <li>Annual professional development funds</li>\n <li>Health, Vision and Dental Insurance (employer shared cost)</li>\n <li>HSA & FSA Options</li>\n <li>Group Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Short- and Long-Term Disability (employer paid)</li>\n <li>8 Paid holidays off</li>\n <li>Generous PTO accruals</li>\n <li>401K with 4% match</li>\n <li>KidsTLC’s CBI programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>Relocation: Kansas City – A Hidden Gem!</strong></p>\n<p>KidsTLC is conveniently located in Olathe, KS, a suburb in the Kansas City metro area.
