This position will work closely with surgeon opinion leaders, surgeon design teams, operations, R&amp;D, quality/regulatory, Medical Education, Sales Education, and outside vendors.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, finance, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.</li><li>Works with Product Marketing Directors/Product Team to develop and execute marketing, sales, engineering, and financial launch plans for product line.</li><li>Interact with customers by meeting regularly, attending conferences, responding to requests, and explaining procedures as it relates to the product. Developing and maintain strong relationships.</li><li>Develop marketing initiatives that increase the overall penetration of product portfolios in line with the company strategy.</li><li>Develop and execute go to market strategy for new product launches</li><li>Responsible for providing guidance for product development and marketing activity related to the assigned market segment. Includes translation of customer requirements and interaction/communication with cross-functional teams during the product development process.</li><li>Assist in obtaining feedback during the product development and post commercialization process from key Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Sales Agents</li><li>Collaboration with R&amp;D, Regulatory, Quality, Legal and Marketing Communications for the creation, review and approval of marketing materials and sales training material to support existing product and new product launches.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, preferably in business, marketing, engineering or clinical.</li><li>2+ year of medical device sales and/or marketing and/or product management and/or engineering and/or clinical experience OR a master&rsquo;s degree is required.</li><li>Experience within Foot &amp; Ankle, Spine, Upper Extremity, or Trauma specialties is preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Skills, Abilities, Competencies Required:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Excellent Public speaking and presentation skills are required.</li><li>Skilled in working with different functions and effectively coordinates their activities to achieve desired results.</li><li>Highly organized, dependable, detail oriented.
