Come join us!</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>How you will enjoy your day:</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Manage safe, effective and innovative exercise programs for guests. Will assist Fitness Staff in all areas relating to sessions/treatments and guest satisfaction. Work closely with Spa Director on daily activities. Monitor gym and movement studio. Provide a safe, clean, motivating and nurturing environment for services that exceed guest expectations.</p><p><strong>Work Performed:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Manage Wellness staff schedules.</li><li>Monitor Fitness and movement studio equipment and facilitate maintenance or replacement as needed.</li><li>Innovate, create and assist with new wellness programming.</li><li>Creating activity schedules.</li><li>Working on the floor, interacting with guests and helping with equipment during shift.</li><li>Maintain wellness supplies as needed including inventories and purchase orders.</li><li>Maintain customer service standards.</li><li>Maintain overall cleanliness of the Fitness and movement studio. &nbsp;</li><li>Promote Wellness offerings to guests.</li><li>Promote classes and private bookings.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform and facilitate classes, sessions and programs as needed.</li><li>Arrange staff meetings and training as needed.</li><li>Payroll</li><li>Understanding and actions based on financial budgets.</li><li>Develop operating procedures as required and monitor staff performance as necessary.</li><li>Recruit, hire, develop and train wellness team members.</li><li>Assist management with creating an environment of teamwork.</li><li>Knows all safety and emergency procedures and accident prevention policies</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><strong>Supervision Exercised:&nbsp;</strong>Service team members</p><p><strong>Supervision Received:&nbsp;</strong>Spa Director</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Authorities:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Upholds the resort commitment to hospitality.</li><li>Ensure all assigned areas are maintained at a high level of standard.</li><li>Manage schedules and activities through necessary systems.</li><li>Acts as MOD as required.</li><li>Follow safety first policy in work areas and with chemicals and equipment.</li><li>Clean and store equipment properly.</li></ol><p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><p>High school diploma or GED, and/or equivalent work experience. Bachelor degree preferred. National Fitness certifications. Ability to confidently lead, motivate a group and clearly communicate. Self motivated ability to work with little supervision. Must be dependable. CPR and First Aid certification.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Physical Requirements:</p><p>20% Sitting</p><p>80% walking, standing &amp; bending</p><p>Lifting/Carrying up to 50 lbs.</p><p>Hearing and Manual dexterity</p><p>Ability to work in all types of weather conditions</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
